Lemon, Thyme, and Asparagus Chicken Bake
What you need:
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Red potatoes
1 bunch asparagus
2 lemons, sliced
Thyme
3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
What you do:
Cut red potatoes in half. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and olive oil and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Place chicken on top of cooked potatoes. Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes. Place asparagus, lemon slices, and thyme on top of potatoes and chicken and bake another 20 minutes.
